STEP 1



View Photo Gallery and/or Schedule a Tour to decide if the office rental is right for your business needs. This office accommodates 1- 11 attendees and a presenter. Please have your state issued ID or drivers license present for tour(s).



STEP 2



If you would like to rent this space, complete the online Rental Application. (No application fee)



STEP 3



Look for an email from TanVine. If approved, the email will include a link to review, sign the Rental Agreement and submit payment online. Once agreement is signed and payment is accepted, you will receive a second email including a link to schedule your rental.



STEP 4



A TanVine representative will meet you 15 minutes before your rental time begins to grant access to the office. When you have completed your session, sign out and lock the office door. The representative will come upstairs to check the office and prepare for the next rental.



PRICING



50% Off October discount is not included in pricing.




NOTE: A $100 Non-Refundable deposit is required at the time of your first rental. No deposit is required for future rentals provided there are no damages to office or contents of office and the office is kept clean and in good condition during the rental.
